MEETING CANCELLED. The Feb. 2010 InfoSEC meeting is being cancelled, due to the storm (Charles is coming up from south of here, where heavy winds and snow are predicted).
(Note: Charles will present at the April meeting.)
Charles Andres presented at the TechMaine 2009 Annual Conference. Charles is a 25+ year veteran of the IT industry and is a founding member of Project VRM at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School. As co-founder of the Information Card Foundation, Mr. Andres brought together industry leaders working on open source interoperability development that gives Internet users the ability to control their personal data, and present trusted verified credentials to online businesses.
Prior to the Information Card Foundation, Mr. Andres was Market Development Engineering Director at Sun Microsystems, where he managed projects with Sun partners in identity, security, SOA, business processes and analytics, and Web 2.0 technologies.

About InfoSEC: The TechMaine Information Security User Group meets monthly, on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings are held at the TechMaine Technology Center, and start at 6:00 p.m. No charge; open to the public. Free parking in the parking lot behind the building, or on-street parking.
