Project Communication: If It Ain't Broke, It'll Fix Anything that Is
We all talk about communication, but we don't really communicate about it and we often don't do it well. Good communication is the essence of good project management, and poor communication produces poor project management. Since we're doing it constantly, whenever we're within sight, sound or Internet range of other people, it deserves more attention.
This presentation, based on 25 years' exploration of the issues, provides the opportunity for project managers to examine the lessons of their own communication experiences. It offers workplace-based practices for establishing and maintaining sound communication, and for using communication to head off project problems.
