This forum is for discussion about issues of interest to the members of the TechMaine Linux User Group (which you are welcome to join!).
Notes on the forum:
1. To participate in the forums, "join" the LUG on the TechMaine site. (Create a user account if you haven't already, then go to the LUG page and click the "join" link.)
2. When you join the online group, you're set to receive emails of announcements, forum posts, etc. You can manage your subscriptions at My Account.
3. You can respond to forum posts either online at the website, or by replying to the email. Your post will be added to the forum either way.
4. To post new threads ("topics") log in to the TechMaine site and navigating to the forum. (You can't start a new thread via email.)
Just a quick note: This should be obvious, but only discussion topics/posts that are pertinent to the LUG are appropriate in the group forums. Link spam posts or anything that looks like it will be deleted.
