PLSIG focuses on how managing perceptions and expectations, gaining and maintaining business support, and building stronger teams can deliver strategic value to organizations.
This group is targeted to senior level resources who manage relationships, oversee large, cross-functional efforts, and require an expanded set of relationship management skills.Topics focus on setting and managing expectations, garnering business support for IT efforts, and delivering and communicating business value.
The group's 2010 schedule starts January 11, 2010. We will meet on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at TechMaine in Westbrook. No charge; open to the public.
