Project Leadership Special Interest Group (PLsig)

The goal of the this group is to address key challenges and effective approaches in program management, helping group members advance their skills, maintain their relevance in the work environment, further their careers, and learn from each other.

Whether your business has a formal program management office or people doing this work in some other department or format, if you are interested in building your company’s project leadership capability, this group is designed for you. Technology project leadership will be a major focus of the group, but the methodologies we discuss are applicable to many different strands of project management.
