We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as forms of payment. We do NOT charge "surcharges" for credit card transactions. All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Your transactions are secure. Look for “https:” in the web address and the padlock symbol on your browser indicating a secure connection.
Credit card payment may be authorized online in real time or upon verification with your bank or issuing Credit Card Company; you may also receive an email from our Credit Card Merchant Processor noting any charge activity or credits to your account. You will be informed if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your payment will not be accepted unless the credit card number you entered is authorized. Once accepted, the authorization process allocates the total amount of the order. Please be aware that there are no refunds on TechMaine services. Prepayment is required for TechMaine programs and events. Reservations are non-refundable; however, a registrant may designate a substitute attendee by calling the TechMaine office. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy for Physical Products (shipped to you):
You may return any unopened merchandise within fourteen (14) days of your order date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling). Opened merchandise or orders after fourteen (14) days are not refundable.
Return Policy for Digitally-Delivered Reports, Research, and Data:
No returns or refunds are available for reports ordered on the website where research data has been delivered.
Return Policy for Online-Delivered Educational Programming:
Refunds will be issued within two (2) days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued within two (2) days of your purchase. Refunds are not available more than two (2) days from the date of purchase as we are required to pay royalty fees to the content provides for all accounts, regardless of whether the accounts are used. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
TechMaine is aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of obvious credit card fraud. Don't try it here or ANYWHERE for that matter!
