Got a business idea? Wondering how to test it? Thinking of starting a business but not sure if your idea has legs? This is the workshop for you!
The objective of this workshop is to help each workshop participant begin to lay out the parameters of a sustainable and, ideally, scalable business using Lean Startup principles applied under the discipline of the Lean Business Model Canvas.
Participants are encouraged to use this workshop as a focus group, to bring their ideas for their businesses to peers in the workshop in order to test and strengthen them.
The workshop systematically helps you identify, answer and align the three most important questions that your idea will face:

who is your customer and what is your customer's primary problem(s)

what features need to included (and excluded!) in your solution

what is fastest path to commercialization.
