iBec Creative was recently named Day’s Jewelers’ website design firm, winning the jeweler’s national request for proposals to redesign their website.
As part of the redesign, iBec will be refreshing the look and functionality of the large and complex site to incorporate better ecommerce technology, a new creative design that showcases the jeweler’s expanding product line, and a custom engagement ring building feature. The site will also be developed using Responsive Design technology that will allow the site to automatically adjust for various touch centric devices, without the need for additional mobile designs.
“We are thrilled to be working with Day’s Jewelers on their website redesign. We look forward to bringing our team’s talent to the table to deliver an exceptional and beautiful website,” said Becky McKinnell, president of iBec Creative. “As two Maine companies, both Day’s Jewelers and iBec believe strongly in supporting this state’s economy.”
iBec will also be collaborating with another Maine company, The Internet Educator, on the website project. Founded by Ross Lasley in 2007, the Internet Educator specializes in website usability and overall marketing strategy.
iBec Creative was chosen as Day’s Jewelers’ web design firm out of a pool of companies from around the country, including several finalist from California. The site is currently in development.
